At the Science Dissemination Workshop, we manufacture and develop science exhibits that are ideally suited and, in fact, are a must for the development of a competent, scientific citizenry so essential for the survival and betterment of the third world.

Where on the one hand in developing countries by and large science education has been ineffective as evidenced by the absence of technical innovations and breakthroughs and by dismally low numbers of scientific papers or citations, on the other hand the general level of scientific awareness is poor. The exhibits at one level demystify science and at another enthuse visitors about the wonders and powers of science and technology.

The exhibits that we develop go through a rigorous research process. The model is quality-checked for safety and hands-on understanding. On the basis of years of R&D done in-house and international collaborations, the Science Centre has developed unique, exciting and highly acclaimed exhibits. They span topics ranging from fundamental principles of physics, mechanics, optics, mathematics and electricity to magnetism, waves and beats, energy, motors and electronics, to name a few.

Our exhibits on science developed by our research team are now educating millions in more than 30 science centres in the country. And more are coming up!
